What type of payments is accepted:

Cash, all major credit cards and debit cards. NO CHECKS

Is there a fee for checking my vehicle:

Yes there is a fee for diagnosing any fault or complaint.

Is the diagnostic fee refunded:

Only if the vehicle is repaired by us BEFORE it leaves the shop.
If the vehicle leaves the shop, you must pay a diagnostic fee which
will not be refunded even if returning for a previously diagnosed problem.

(This policy was established because it is possible to diagnose a vehicle
with a specific code or repair needed one day and when the vehicle returns later additional problems may have developed requiring re-diagnosing.)

Does the repair have to be paid in full:

Yes, no vehicle may leave the shop until the invoice is paid in full.
NO Exceptions.

Is there a warranty on the repair:

Yes. All repairs are warranted, parts and labor, and will be stated on the invoice.

Do you install customer supplied parts:

No, we do not install customer supplied parts.

Do you sell used parts:

Rarely, only at customer request, supplied from local salvage yards. [All used parts have a 30-day warranty.]

Do you install used parts:

Yes, only at customer request, and no customer supplied used parts.

Do you have a towing service?

Do you do body work?

We do not do body work.

Do you sell or repair tires:

NO.

Do you sell vehicles:

We do not sell vehicles.

Do you give military or senior citizen discount:

Yes -We give a 10% discount to all active duty military and to senior citizens 62 and over.

Do you have loaner vehicles:

No we do not have loaner vehicles, due to insurance costs ,which would just add to the cost of your repairs.

Do you repair older model vehicles:

No vehicles prior to1996, exceptions are made for low miles and well maintain vehicles. However, no vehicles prior to 1985.
